Nets Center Brook Lopez has been diagnosed with a stress fracture of the fifth metatarsal of the right foot, Nets GM Billy King announced.
Lopez injury occurred in first half of Nets preseason game at New York on Dec. 21. Lopez will undergo surgery on Fri. Dec. 23.
