Boston Celtics forward Kevin Garnett will not face disciplinary action from the league for a brief altercation following Sunday’s game against the New York Knicks.

Garnett got into a brief skirmish with Knicks forward Bill Walker at the end of Boston’s 106-104 loss.

After missing a potential tying jump shot at the end of regulation, Garnett shoved Walker near the throat and the two had to be separated.

Garnett had 15 points and eight rebounds in the game.
