Denver Nuggets leading scorer Danilo Gallinari’s status for Saturday’s game against Portland is in question after he was poked in the eye in Friday’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Gallinari returned to the game after the mishap but called it a night midway through the fourth quarter.
Bothered by blurred vision, Gallinari shot 1 of 9 for six points, well below his average of 17.6 points.
