The Orlando Magic have waived guard Von Wafer.

Wafer was obtained in a sign and trade deal with the Boston Celtics in December, however only one year of his deal was guaranteed.

Wafer’s contract for 2012 is worth $1.06 million and can be claimed off of waivers by any team with the cap space to absorb it. Wafer’s 2013 contract year is worth $1.18 million and is also non-guaranteed.
