Pacers down Cavaliers to clinch playoff berth

Danny Granger had 18 points as Indiana clinched a playoff berth with a 102-83 victory over Cleveland on Friday.George Hill had 15 points and seven assists starting again in place of Darren Collison, who has missed three games with a strained groin. The Pacers have won seven of their last eight in their quest to lock up the third seed in the Eastern Conference.The Cavaliers held a 43-41 edge at the half, but were outscored 34-13 in the third quarter. Omri Casspi had 14 points off the bench for the Cavaliers, who shot 35 percent for the game and had more turnovers (18) than assists (16). Cleveland has lost 12 of its last 14.
