Pacers Rediscover Identity; Tie Series 2-2
The Pacers season lives because Indiana rediscovered its defensive and rebounding identity, and just in time. This is how the Pacers have beaten the Heat twice, by pounding them, by mucking things up in the paint. The Heat were out-rebounded 49-30, out-scored in the paint 52-30 and managed just three points in the final five minutes. The Pacers kept The Big Three under wraps (47 points) and kept The Other guys, at least the ones not named Mario Chalmers, under control.
Indiana 99, Miami 92.
