Pavlovic Proving Worth in Portland
Film sessions this season for the Trail Blazers have not been a pretty sight.
But with Terry Stotts being the man, the coach, and the teacher that he is, he insists the positives are reinforced along the way. It is here, during these highlights, where the Blazers have really come to understand the beauty of Sasha Pavlovic.
“I don’t think people know how valuable he is,’’ LaMarcus Aldridge said. “He does all the little things that we see in film sessions. He knows the game. He’s really, really smart.’’
“I usually do a lot of little things that you don’t see in the stats that are important for the team, that’s just how I play,’’ Pavlovic said. “I just try to stick with that, because I know it’s good for the team.’’
“I don’t get frustrated. I’m past that,’’ Pavlovic said. “I’ve been in this league long enough to know it’s a long season. It’s like I told you, the only thing on my mind is to help the team win, nothing else.’’
