Pistons Will Extend Monroe, Knight?

The Pistons will exercise team options for the 2013-14 season on two of their franchise cornerstones in the coming days. Big man Greg Monroe’s option is for his fourth year for $4 million. Point guard Brandon Knight’s option is for his third year for nearly $2.8 million.
