Report: Hornets Release Morrison

The New Orleans Hornets on Monday will release free-agent forward Dominique Morrison, a league source sasid, reducing their roster to 16.

Morrison did not play in Sunday’s 85-80 exhibition win in Mexico City against the Orlando Magic.

Morrison, 6 foot 6, 210 pounds, was a first-year player out of Oral Roberts. He was added to the training camp roster last week.
