The Utah Jazz and Raja Bell have reached an agreement on a buyout of his 2012-2013 contract, the Salt Lake Tribune reported.

Bell signed with the Jazz two years ago, but he had disputes with coaches and management and has wanted to leave for more than a year.

He was due to make $3.4 million next season.

He told the Tribune that once the deal is finalized, he’ll be a free agent and can sign with any team.

“I’ve been given the greenlight and we’ve agreed to terms,” Bell told the Tribune.

The Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers would be interested in Bell, according to the Yahoo! Sports.

Bell, 34, played in 34 games and averaged 6.4 points for Utah this past season.
