The Chicago Bulls are expected to sign guard Nate Robinson, SI.com reported Monday.

Robinson’s agent, Aaron Goodwin, told SI.com the deal will be finalized unless something unforeseen occurs and will pay Robinson the veteran’s minimum, which is $1.2 million.

Robinson will join Kirk Hinrich in the Bulls’ backcourt, as the Bulls try to put together some offensive punch until Derrick Rose returns from a knee injury.

Robinson averaged 11.2 points and 4.5 assists in 51 games, including nine starts, for Golden State last season.
