Houston Rockets guard Kevin Martin won’t suit up against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday because of a strained right shoulder.Martin has played limited minutes in Houston’s last three games due to the injury.The 29-year-old is the team’s leading scorer averaging 17.1 points in 40 games this season.
