Marc Gasol plays defense with his sneaker

While running back on defense in the fourth quarter against the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies big man Marc Gasol lost his shoe. The game wasn’t stopped, meaning Gasol had to play defense on Derrick Favors while carrying his own sneaker. When Favors blew by Gasol, the resourceful Spaniard treated the shoe as an extension of his own hand, slapping the ball away from Favors with a well-timed sneaker attack.
