Timberwolves guard Brandon Roy completed his first NBA training camp in two years without any noticeable knee problems, which forced him to retire in December 2011.

“So far, he’s been fine,” Timberwolves coach Rick Adelman said of Roy on Friday, Oct. 5, after the team ended its four-day training camp at Minnesota State Mankato. “He’s been practicing and playing. The biggest thing is when we do play him in games, how long can he go and what’s his recovery time going to be? So far, he’s been through every drill and everything else.”
