Golden State Warriors forward David Lee underwent successful surgery this morning to repair torn abdominal and abductor muscles, the team announced. Following the procedure, which was performed by Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia, Lee is expected to return to on-court basketball activities in 4-6 weeks.
Lee has missed the team’s last seven games and will not be with the team for tonight’s season finale versus San Antonio.
