Suns first-round pick Kendall Marshall stood next to teammates on the court as the National Anthem blared from the Cox Pavilion loud speakers in Las Vegas on Sunday.
“I guess they didn’t have his contract completely done yet. We expect him any day,” Suns assistant coach and summer league head coach Dan Majerle said.
“Hopefully tomorrow so he can play. It’s a contract thing. He’s been practicing with us, so hopefully next game he will be able to play.”
