Syracuse atop Top 25 poll for fourth week
Syracuse occupied the top spot in The Associated Press’ Top 25 men’s basketball poll for the fourth straight week.
The Orange received 60 first-place votes from the 65-member national media panel in the newest poll, which was revealed on Monday.
Kentucky, who moved up one spot to the No. 2 slot, received the other five first-place votes.
North Carolina, Baylor and Dukle all jumped two places to Nos. 3-5, respectively.
Ohio State fell from second to sixth after losing to Indiana.
Missouri, defending champion Connecticut, Georgetown and Michigan State rounded out the top 10.
