Earlier Friday, ESPN’s resident NBA Draft analyst Chad Ford tweeted to his followers that six players in Saturday’s Kentucky-North Carolina could be NBA lottery picks. A total of nine, according to Ford, could go in the top 30 picks in the NBA Draft.

No wonder why just about every NBA team and national media outlet will attend Saturday’s game at Rupp Arena.

UK is expecting 10 NBA general managers or assistant GMs, eight directors of personnel/scouting, and nine scouts. For those without a calculator, that’s 27 NBA representatives.

In addition to the NBA scouts, just about every national media outlet is expected to have a writer on hand at the game.
