Minnesota Timberwolves forward Michael Beasley is expected to miss at least three games with a sprained right foot.

Beasley left Friday’s game against Cleveland in the opening minutes with the injury. He had an MRI on Saturday that showed no broken bones.

Beasley, the No. 2 pick in the 2008 draft, is averaging 12.9 points and 7.0 rebounds this season.

Minnesota plays three games in three nights beginning Sunday in Washington.
