That’s why David West told (Frank) Vogel he wasn’t interested in taking Monday off.

“Just being out there on the floor is most important to me in terms of preparing for the postseason,” West said. “We have some guys who are banged up and resting some injuries, so that’s fine. But I just think in terms of mental preparation you want to keep the train going. We’ve been playing some good ball. We’ve been sharing the load in terms of what we’re doing and I just think it’s a good idea to keep that rolling.”

It’s uncertain how many minutes Chicago coach Tom Thibodeau will play his rotation players on Wednesday. But you can expect Vogel to go with his normal rotation – minus Granger – for as much as possible so come Game 1 on Saturday or Sunday the Pacers continue to look like the team that’s 12-2 this month. Not the team that looks like its out of sync.
